Mykonos Beach Clubs
The best in Mykonos
Scorpios
By day, Scorpios is an excellent seafood restaurant and a great spot to lounge on the beach with one of the bar’s signature cocktails. But come sundown, it turns into a hedonistic club presenting a variety of events as part of its ‘sonic journeys‘ program. This includes DJ sets from well–known artists such as Bedouin and Sneaky Sound System, as well as Saturday night residencies by Mykonos’ top DJ, Valeron. The festivities wrap up by midnight, making it a perfect place to begin a night out.
Alemagou
Alemagou is a unique beach bar & restaurant located on the island of Mykonos. Its atmosphere is both laid back and eclectic, relaxed and elegant, and both remote and cosmopolitan, creating a space of distinctiveness. The name itself, Alemagou, is an ancient dialect of Mykonos which translates to “Finally!” – the perfect name for this one–of–a–kind spot.
Principote
Located in the northwest part of Mykonos is the beautiful Panormos Beach. This beach is shallow and sheltered from winds, making it ideal for swimming and unwinding. My all–time favorite beach club in Mykonos is the spectacular Principote Beach Club. The decor of the club is composed of neutral hues and a lot of white, which is very soothing to the eyes, and each and every element is flawless.
Nammos
If you want to get a sun lounger at Nammos Mykonos, located on Psarou Beach, you must be prepared to pay the concierge and potentially wait in line. During the peak summer months, it can be quite busy, so it‘s best to call ahead and make a reservation or arrive early in the morning. Additionally, it‘s never a bad idea to tip the beach supervisor, as this can help your chances of getting a lounger faster.
Ftelia
Ftelia Beach Club is a luxurious yet bohemian oasis located in one of the most beautiful and wild beaches on the island. Here, one can relax and savor the effortless summer days while indulging in delicious food and drinks on the beach or within the premises. Top mixologists add to the incredible experience, making this a surfer‘s paradise.
Jackie O
This gay beach club provides a luxurious experience without the pretense. Visitors can enjoy a pool, jacuzzi, serviced beach, and a private kaiki (traditional Greek fishing boat) for day cruises. The Mediterranean restaurant and bar offer delicious meals and signature cocktails that can be enjoyed at the beach or poolside. The club is open all day until 1:00 a.m. and features nightly drag shows beginning at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.
Super Paradise Beach Club
Super Paradise is a legendary party spot that draws in famous people, models, and partygoers for its nightly DJ sets. During the day, it is more chill and perfect for relaxing on the beach with a beverage in hand. The music usually starts around the afternoon, but it is not unheard of for a party to spontaneously erupt. There are regular shuttles that travel between Super Paradise and Mykonos Town.
Paradise Beach Club
This club is a well–known place to be at on the nightlife scene. It is a calm atmosphere during the day, but it is bustling with activity after midnight. With its white–on–white decor, it features a wide range of DJ sets and big–name international artists such as Marlo, Helena Legend, Ministry of Sound, Tiesto, and Nervo. People even travel to Mykonos just to experience this club, and there are regular shuttles from Mykonos Town.
Tropicana
Tropicana, the recipient of the Sexiest Beach Bar award by the Travel Channel in 2012, still lives up to its name. Young and attractive individuals come to lounge on the beach during the day and party when the DJs begin at 4:30 p.m. The outdoor space is packed until 5:00 a.m., giving those extra dedicated to partying the chance to visit a couple of other clubs for an hour or two before the night ends.
