The villa consists of the main house and the guest house and features 5 bedrooms plus 1 assisting bedroom and 8 bathrooms. The spacious outdoor deck (of a total of approximately 500 m2) features the 20×4 m. private Infinity pool which overlooks the Aegean Sea, the dining and BBQ area, the outdoor Home Cinema and multiple sitting and lounge areas all around the property where guests may relax together or independently.

The main house hosts the main interior living and dining spaces, 4 en suite bedrooms (1 of which master), the open plan kitchen space with its large cooking/food preparation areas, the wine room, a guest WC and the gym. The independent guest house consists of a large room apartment which features 2 bathrooms, a double bed, the living room area, the kitchenette and a sofa which turns into a double bed. This space may be separated into two different rooms, each with its own bed (one of which is the sofa) and separate bathroom. All villa’s bedrooms have sea sunset views and open to their own private patios.
